China’s Hebei Iron and Steel (HBIS) Group has announced silico manganese bid prices for Apr’24 delivery at RMB 6,000/t ($829/t), down RMB 300/t ($41/t) from the previous month. In addition, the bidding volume is down by 1,700 t from last month to 12,800 t. Spot prices of silico manganese (65-17, 25-150 mm) as on 12 Apr were at RMB 5,850/t ($805/t) exw-Inner Mongolia.
