VESCO conducted an auction for 84,000 t of iron ore lumps from its Ramanamalai and Dharmapuri iron ore mines in Karnataka on 10 Apr’24. Only 4,000 t lumps (20-40 mm, Fe 64%) was booked at INR 7,450/t against the base price of INR 7,100/t and 12,000 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 63.10%) was booked at INR 6,085-6,095/t against the base price of INR 6,075/t, including royalty, DMF and NMET.
