India’s primary aluminium producers have increased ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices today by up to INR 5,500/t ($66/t). Post-revision, Hindalco’s prices are at INR 236,750/t ($2,744/t), up INR 5,500/t. Balco’s prices are at INR 228,750/t ($2,840/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,443/t.
