A major north India-based 4-wheeler manufacturer held an auction for around 4,200 t of CR busheling prompt scrap (low manganese) from its Gurgaon facility on 22 Mar’24. The entire quantity was booked at INR 37,100-37,200/t ex-works. Bid prices decreased by around INR 500-600/t against the last auction on 23 Feb at which 3,200 t of material was sold at INR 37,700/t exw.
