India’s primary aluminium producer has increased ingot (P1020, 99.7%) prices today by upto INR 3,250/t ($39/t). Post-revision, Hindalco’s prices stood at INR 215,750/t ($2,595/t), up INR 3,250/t. Balco’s prices were up INR 3,000/t d-o-d at INR 218,750/t ($2,631/t). All prices are ex-works and exclude GST. At the time of reporting, 3-M aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,296/t.
