Shaanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group (SCTS), a subsidiary of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group, saw a 4.1% increase in coal sales during the first two months of CY’24, reaching 44.43 mnt. Coal transported by railway increased by 7.7% y-o-y to 25.52 mnt. In Jan-Feb, SCTS supplied 3.37 mnt of coal to the province, up by 19.3% y-o-y. SCTS achieved this by optimising market and transportation structures.
