Vedanta has scheduled an auction for 16,000 t iron ore lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 54.5%) from its A. Narrain mines in Karnataka on 15 Mar’24. The floor price is yet to be declared, which will be on ex-mines basis, exclusive of royalty, DMF and NMET. In the last auction on 4 Mar, 16,000 t of iron ore lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 54.5%) were booked at a base price of INR 4,300/t.
