BigMint’s assessment for iron ore-based DRI (FeM 80%, 70% lumps, and 30% fines) was at $350/t CPT Nepal, while offers for Bangladesh stood at $362/t CPT Benapole for FeM 78%, showing a slight increase of $2/t w-o-w. Three rakes (7,600 t) of CDRI sponge (FeM 80%, lumps 70%, fines 30%) were sold to Nepal at $323-325/t LTW eastern India. However, no bookings for Bangladesh were recorded this week.
