“I see an addition of Rs 500 to 800/MT to prevailing Pig Iron offers at Rs 25,300-400/MT by month end on growing demand”, says the Managing Director of KIC Metaliks Ltd, Mr Radheshyam Jalan at Kolkata, West Bengal.
“We are hesitant to export Pig Iron as realisations are good from Indian buyers. The monthly output of 8,000 to 10,000 tons is met by market demand.
We might be cautious regarding Pig Iron output which is at 80% now due to the alarming situation of iron ore unavailability”, he shared further.
