BigMint’s assessment of Brass honey scrap (4%) from the Middle East fell by 1% w-o-w to $5,430/t due to lack of firm bids or offers, with some sellers presenting tentative offers. Despite a decline in copper futures on LME w-o-w around $100/t to $8,445/t, imported copper motor mix scrap from the US remained stable at $1,145/t, CFR Mundra. Moreover domestic copper prices remain range-bound d-o-d today.
