Suppliers of Billet, the semi finished material in the CIS have no reason to make any changes in the price trend at the moment.
They have been maintaining offers in the range of $500-505/MT FOB Black Sea for the last one week for exports purposes.
Demand from Billet buyers needs to strengthen for any gain in the present price range.
