SAIL-RSP (Rourkela Steel Plant), serving as the central procurement agency of SAIL, issued a purchase tender for 15,870 t of ferro silicon (Si:70%, 10-100 mm) for its 7 plants across India. At the auction held yesterday, material was booked at around INR 104,400/t DAP, sources informed. Delivery of the material is scheduled within 3-4 months from the date of purchase order.
