Walsin Lihwa, through its Italian subsidiary Cogne Acciai Speciali S.P.A. (CAS), has acquired a 100% stake in Mannesmann Stainless Tubes (MST) for EUR 135 million from Salzgitter Group. This strategic move integrates CAS’s material supply with MST’s project demand, aligning with Walsin Lihwa’s goal of establishing an integrated stainless steel plant.
