Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL), a state owned enterprise has kept its wire rod and billet prices unchanged for November said company officials.
“We have rolled over our prices for Wire rod and Billet all across the country. Current offers stand at Rs 37,600/t (Incld Excise of 12.36% at Vizag) for Billet of size 125*125 mm grade IS2830, where as wire rod of 7mm is quoted at Rs 45,000/t (Incld Excise of 12.36% at Vizag).” said an official at RINL, Vizag.
Although pig iron prices have been slashed by Rs 500/t as international prices are weak and we are sitting on inventories, he further added.
