Indian steel mills have kept HRC export offers range-bound to around $630-635/t CFR Raxaul border. An Indian steel major booked 2,700 t of HRC, at around $615-620/t ex-mill (equivalent to $630-635/t CFR) for Feb’24 deliveries, informed reliable sources. Nepal imported 0.93 mnt HRC, down by 15% y-o-y in CY’23, against 1.09 mnt in CY’22.
