Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has increased list prices of long steel products by INR 500/t ($6/t), sources informed BigMint. Post-revision, effective prices stand at:
- Rebar (16-32mm, IS1786): INR 53,600/t ($645/t).
- Wire rod (5.5-6mm, SAE1008): INR 52,450/t ($631/t).
- Prices are exy-Chennai, excluding GST at 18%.
- Note- Schemes/discounts and rebates are additional on the above prices.
