Rungta Mines-Odisha’s largest merchant iron ore miner has cut lump price by INR 100-150/MT. However fines prices continue to remain the same. The miner had last revised its prices on 15 Nov’15 where it had cut iron ore prices by upto INR 250/MT.
Iron ore production of Rungta Mines has noticed significant increase of 67% M-o-M in Oct’15. Miner’s iron ore production moved up from 1.29 MnT in Sept’15 to 2.16 MnT in Oct’15. Its iron ore production from Jajang mines have increased by 68% M-o-M in Oct’15. In first seven months of this fiscal i.e. Apr’15-Oct’15 Rungta mines produced 9.76 MnT iron ore.
