BigMint’s weekly price assessment for sponge iron decreased by $5/t to $360/t CPT Nepal (FeM 80%, lumps 70%, fines 30%). One rake (2,500 t) was sold at $335/t LTW eastern India. 1,000 t of pellets-based DRI (P-DRI) deal was concluded at $310/t exw from eastern India, equivalent to $335/t CPT Nepal. 3,000 t of 78 FeM CDRI lumps were sold to Bangladesh recently at $370-372/t CPT Benapole.
