Pellet (Fe 63%) prices in Bellary, Karnataka inched down by INR 50/t to INR 10,800/t exw on 25 Jan’24 as compared to 19 Jan’24. The absence of trade volumes and fall in sponge prices has weighed on pellet prices in the region. Meanwhile, sponge (P-DRI) prices decreased by INR 150/t w-o-w to INR 26,300/t exw.
