On account of upward movement of scrap prices and as buyers are ready to make purchases at high prices, Billet exporters in the CIS offer material at $20/MT more.
During the last week, 20,000 tons of Billet was was sold out at $530/MT FOB Black Sea.
Current offers stand in the range of $530-535/MT FOB Black Sea.
To the gulf region also, CIS suppliers have made offers of Billet at $20/MT more in comparison to last week.
Prices stand in the range of $565-570/MT CFR Gulf region presently.
