- Pig Iron (steel & foundry) prices in India did not witness any change due to no rise in domestic demand.
- NINL and RINL floated a 30,000 tons steel grade Pig Iron export tender each, which is to open around the mid of December.
- The major producers expect some good response at atleast $410/MT FOB at which last deals
were closed. - Few of the producers did not re-start production as iron ore was available at high prices through the e-auctions.
- In the week ahead, Pig Iron prices might not gain on huge inventory available and weak buying from manufacturing units that are running at losses.
