Market for spot coking coal remains stable with no fresh
deals heard to be done.
Currently the market for Premium low-volume grade stands at $161.50/MT (FOB AUSTRALIA) converting to $177.50/MT CFR India on Panamax basis
whereas price for HCC 64 Mid Volume is hovering at $146/MT(FOB) and that of Argus
Premium HCC stands at $156.84/MT(FOB).
Market for coking coal is expected to be in the same position
in the next quarter as the demand from steel sector and pricing are weak.
