A total quantity of 5,16,000 MT of iron ore is to be auctioned in Karnataka tomorrow i.e. on the 11th of December for captive consumption of the steel plants.
This would definitely provide some relief to the alarming crisis of iron ore low supply.
From NMDC's Donimalai mines in the state of Karnataka – Total quantity of 2,20,000 MT of iron ore is to be e-auctioned.
Out of this, 1,72,000 MT contains iron ore lumps and the rest of 48,000 MT is iron ore fines.
Kumarswamy Mines of NMDC in Karnataka – 2,96,000 MT of iron ore will be e-auctioned in total, which includes 2,48,000 MT of lumps and 48,000 MT of fines.
