Domestic billet prices in China’s Tangshan remained stable d-o-d at RMB 3,880/t ($564/t), inclusive of 13% VAT, on 29 Mar’23. Meanwhile, SHFE rebar futures contract for May’23 delivery closed today at RMB 4,151/t ($602/t), up by RMB 3/t ($0.44/t) d-o-d.
