- One of Russia’s largest aluminium producers, RUSAL, recorded alumina output at 5.95 mnt in CY22, a decrease of 28.3% y-o-y. Production fell due to the suspension of operations at the Nikolaev refinery.
- Aluminium production amounted to 3.83 mnt, largely stable y-o-y.
- EBITDA fell by 29.9% y-o-y to $2,028 million compared to $2,893 million in CY21.
- Net profit decreased by 44.4% y-o-y to $1,793 million in the year under review.
