Steel major JSW Steel’s crude steel output dropped by 8% m-o-m to 1.73 mnt in Feb’23 as against 1.89 mnt in the previous month. However, production registered a rise of 10% y-o-y compared to 1.58 mnt in Feb’22.
Product-wise production in Feb’23-
- Flat rolled steel: 1.25 mnt, down 12% m-o-m.
- Long rolled steel: 375,000 t, down 12% m-o-m.
