ArcelorMittal, world’s leading steel maker, has signed memorandum of understanding (MoU) with KIRCHHOFF Automotive for developing low carbon emission steel for cars and trucks. This includes a project to develop and test the use of ArcelorMittal’s XCarb recycled and renewably produced Usibor1500 in high strength parts that KIRCHHOFF Automotive supplies to leading OEMs in Europe, Asia, and North America.
