China: Iron ore spot prices edge up d-o-d on improved demand

Iron ore spot prices in China increased d-o-d backed by growing demand. Benchmark Fe 62% fines prices inched up by $0.6/t to $126.1/t CFR on 10 Feb’23. It seems that interest in seaborne iron ore has increased in recent days. Sources reported that mills have begun to look for seaborne cargoes, and trading houses have also turned active in the market.
