HR strip (patra) prices dropped by INR 300/t ($4/t) d-o-d in Mandi Gobindgarh while prices edged lower by INR 100/t ($1/t) in Raipur today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 49,600/t ($600/t) exw-Mandi and INR 49,400/t ($605/t) exw-Raipur. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
