Indonesia: Chrome ore imports inch down 3% y-o-y in CY’22

Chrome ore imports into Indonesia inched down 3% y-o-y to 4.85 mnt in CY’22 against 5.01 mnt in CY’21, as per Customs data.
The entire volume came from South Africa only.
However, monthly imports by the country were nearly stable to 39,805 t in Dec’22 compared to the same period last year.
