China: ROM iron ore production largely stable y-o-y in CY’22

China, world’s largest iron ore consumer, recorded run of mine (ROM) production at 967.87 mnt in CY’22, down by 1% y-o-y, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics. In Dec’22, the country’s run of mine (ROM) iron ore output fell by 2.4% y-o-y to 78.61 mnt.
