SteelMint’s assessment of iron ore concentrate (Fe 63%) prices stands at INR 4,700/t exw-Jabalpur today, stable from the last assessment on 21 Jan. Around 8,000 t of deals were confirmed at this offer. However, market players are looking to hike concentrate offers from next week as NMDC has raised iron ore fines and lumps prices by INR 500/t and INR 300/t, respectively.
