CISA mills’ crude steel output rises in early Jan’23

The average daily crude steel output of CISA-affiliated mills stood at 1.92 mnt in early Jan’23, up 0.51% from late Dec’22.
The average daily finished steel output went down by 8.6% to 1.8 mnt compared to late Dec’22. The same decreased by 4.2% y-o-y.
The average daily pig iron output stood at 1.76 mnt, falling by 0.4% compared to late Dec’22 but higher by 0.6% over CPLY.
