India: RINL issues tender for purchase of 28,000 t PCI coal

PSU steelmaker Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) has issued a tender for purchase of 28,000 t of PCI coal. The tenderer should quote the quantity in multiple of rakes; one rake is 4,000 t and so bidders cannot bid below 4,000 t. The material should be 0-50 mm in size, TM-10% max, and ash content should be 9% max.
