India: Hindalco cuts aluminium ingots prices by INR 7,500/t

Hindalco has reduced primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 7,500/t ($91/t) today against 4 Jan’23.
Current prices are at INR 216,000/t ($2,611/t) exw, excluding GST. LME prices closed after falling 1.9% yesterday, which is likely to be the reason behind the price cut.
However, Balco’s prices remain unchanged at INR 228,250/t ($2,759/t).
