India: Rebar prices drop by INR 300/t d-o-d in Raipur

Induction furnace-route rebar prices dropped by INR 300/t in the central India’s Raipur market on fewer transactions and buying enquiries.
1,800 t of (10-25mm rebar) transactions were recorded in today’s trading window which were concluded in the price range of INR 51,000-51300/t exw.
The current conversion spread from billets (100mm) to rebars (10-25mm) currently stands at INR 3,900-4,200/t.
