HR strip (patra) prices edged down by INR 200/t ($2/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh while prices went down marginally by INR 100/t ($1/t) d-o-d in Raipur on 4 Jan’23. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 50,900/t ($615/t) exw-Mandi and INR 51,000/t ($616/t) exw-Raipur. Prices exclude GST at 18%.
