South African iron ore lump import offers increased by $5/t w-o-w following the rise in global iron ore prices. The assessment for lump (Fe64%) stands at $130/t CNF Kandla on 3 Jan’23. Benchmark iron ore fines (Fe 62%) prices rose by $3/t w-o-w to $117.65/t CNF China on 3 Jan. However, the spot iron ore lump premium fell by $0.023/t to $0.087/dmtu w-o-w.
