India: Production of copper inches down, zinc rises and lead remains stable in Oct’22

- India’s copper production stood at 313,000 t in Oct’22 from 316,000 t in Sept’22, it fell 1% m-o-m. The production fell by 14% y-o-y from 365,310 t in Oct’21.
- Zinc production rose 11% m-o-m to 70,000 t in Oct’22 from 63,000 t in Sept’22. Production inched down by 1% y-o-y from 71,000 t in Oct’21.
- India’s lead production was stable both m-o-m and y-o-y at 16,000 t in Oct’22.
