HR strip (patra) prices rose by INR 300/t ($4/t) in Raipur, and edged up by INR 100/t ($1/t) d-o-d in Mandi Gobindgarh on 30 Dec’22. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 49,700/t ($601/t) exw-Raipur, and INR 50,500/t ($611/t) exw-Mandi. Prices are excluding GST at 18%.
