China’s steel inventory remains stable w-o-w at 7.93 mnt

China’s steel inventory remained largely stable w-o-w at 7.93 mnt as on 23 Dec’22.

• Stocks of HRCs rose by 2% to 1.87 mnt and CRC’s stable at 1.15 mnt. However, stocks of plates edged down by 1% w-o-w to 1.04 mnt.
• Rebars stocks remained unchanged w-o-w to 3.21 mnt. Meanwhile, wire rods stocks increased by 3% w-o-w to 0.66 mnt.
