- India’s lead imports stood at 26,546 t, down by 16% m-o-m in Oct’22 against Sept’22 which was 31,778 t.
- Out of which, semi-finished products fell by 24% to 18,891 t, in contrast, scrap was up by around 12% to 7,655 t.
- Malaysia was the largest supplier with 4,087 t followed by the US and South Korea with 2,473 t and 2,431 t, respectively.
