China: Spot iron ore prices edge down on growing Covid-19 concerns

Benchmark Fe 62% fines prices inched down by $0.55/t to $109.75/t CFR China on 14 Dec’22. Many Chinese end-users have remained cautious and gloomy as mill margins continue to be negative, and the country’s rising Covid-19 case count restricts any market recovery.
