HR strip (patra) prices dropped by INR 700 ($8/t) in Raipur and by INR 600 ($7/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh d-o-d today. Current base grade patra (148-200mm, 2mm thick) prices stand at INR 47,400/t ($575/t) exw-Raipur and INR 48,600/t ($590/t) exw-Mandi. Prices are excluding GST at 18%. Prices rose w-o-w by INR 1,400/t ($17/t) in Raipur and by INR 900/t ($11/t) in Mandi Gobindgarh.
