- KSMCL conducted an auction for the sale of around 366,095 t of lumps and fines (Fe54-66%) on 9 Dec’22. 7,000 t of lumps (Fe54.86%) were sold at INR 1,799/t and 278,000 t of fines (Fe55.55-62.38%) were sold at INR 1,606-2,326/t (prices exclude royalty, DMF, and NMET charges).
- On the other hand, 12,000 t of iron ore remained unsold at U Krishna Prasad’s auction on 8 Dec.
