China’s steel inventory remains stable w-o-w at 7.98 mnt

China’s steel inventory remained largely stable w-o-w at 7.98 mnt as on 9 Dec’22.

• Stocks of CRCs, HRCs fell by 2%, 1% w-o-w to 1.18 mnt and 1.84 mnt respectively. Meanwhile, stocks of plates edged up by 1% w-o-w to 1.08 mnt.
• Rebars stocks rose by 2% w-o-w to 3.25 mnt, while wire rods stocks fell by 2% w-o-w to 0.65 mnt respectively.
