Brazil: Pig iron exports edge up by 3% m-o-m in November

Brazil’s pig iron exports inched up by 3.3% m-o-m to 295,596 t in Nov’22 as against 286,062 t in October, as per Customs data.
The US was the largest importer with 230,093 t in November.
However, export volumes increased by 24.8% y-o-y to 3.43 mnt in Jan-Nov’22 as against 2.75 mnt in the year-ago period.
