- Japan’s Aluminium imports were up by 3.27% to 239,251 t in Oct’22 from 231,660 t in Sept’22.
- Out of which, semi-finished witnessed a slight change of 0.51%, finished products were up by 5.51% to 21,316 t, ores/concentrates went up by 31.92% to 19,968 t and scrap went up by 11.64% to 6,376 t.
- Australia was the largest exporter with 41,098 t, followed by Russia and China with 32,619 t and 31,331 t, respectively.
