Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd (NINL) has offered about 21,700 MT Concast Billet for sale in the domestic market at INR 25,500-25,700/MT (Ex-Cuttack) through MMTC.
Billet offers are:
1.150×150 mm (9-12 mtrs) is offered at INR 25,500/MT (ex-NINL plant)
2.150×150 mm (6 mtrs) Billet is offered at INR 25,700/MT (ex-NINL plant)
NINL’s Offers fall by INR 500/MT from last Trade
Earlier, NINL had offered the same material i.e. Concast Billet (grade IS: 2830/2831) at around INR 26,000-26,200/MT (USD 419-423/MT) ex-plant. Now, the company has reduced the offers by INR 500/MT and increased the quantity to 21,648 MT (earlier it was 15,995 MT).
Domestic Billet Prices volatile by INR 200-500/MT
Indian Billet prices in the domestic market are fluctuating continuously. SteelMint while analyzing the data, has assessed that MS Billet prices in the domestic market have fluctuated by INR 200-500/MT since last couple of weeks. Currently, offers are in the range of INR 26,500-29,500/MT (USD 425-475/MT) ex-works.
