Outokumpu, Europe’s largest stainless steel producer, increased stainless steel flat product alloy surcharges for December. The price of 304 (EN 1.4301) stainless steel was adjusted to $2,699/t in December, an increase of $82/t from the previous month. From the previous month, the price of 316 (EN 14404) stainless steel increased by $158/t to $4,248/t.
Surcharges on 430 (En 1.4016) have increased by $66 t month on month to $1023 t.
